Gardening for Mrs J (wk 1)
Having some garden tidying done would make a profound difference for the carer and her husband. Since her husband is now housebound and living with dementia, both are unable to maintain the garden themselves as they once did. A tidy, well-kept garden would offer them a beautiful and calming view from inside their home, providing a sense of peace and connection to nature as the seasons change. This simple improvement could greatly enhance their emotional well-being, offering moments of joy and comfort in what can otherwise be a challenging daily life. For the carer, it would also relieve some of the physical and mental burden, allowing her to focus more on caring for her husband without added stress.

Running with GoodGym is great because I get fit, do good and get to hang with a load of awesome people.
