Mrs P has just come home from the hospital, hoping to find comfort in her own bed—but she can’t. A bright street lamp outside her window keeps her awake at night, so she’s been sleeping on the sofa instead. It’s uncomfortable and far from the rest she needs to recover. If someone could help fix her blind, Mrs P could finally sleep peacefully in her own bedroom again. Your kindness could make all the difference to Mrs P this Christmas!

Before GoodGym I always lost motivation to stick at running or the gym but now I run two or three times a week.
Running with GoodGym is great because I get fit, do good and get to hang with a load of awesome people.
