Clearing Space, Restoring Peace for Ms R (wk2)
Ms R has been struggling since losing much of her independence due to a terminal cancer diagnosis and the debilitating side effects of treatment. Support from volunteers in decluttering her flat and sorting through her belongings would have a profoundly positive impact. Creating a clearer, more organised living space would not only ease the physical challenges of navigating her home but also provide emotional relief, reduce stress, and improve her overall sense of wellbeing. A decluttered environment can foster greater calm, dignity, and comfort, helping her to better manage daily life despite the limitations imposed by her illness.

Connect with great people and projects

Before GoodGym I always lost motivation to stick at running or the gym but now I run two or three times a week.

Running with GoodGym is great because I get fit, do good and get to hang with a load of awesome people.
