Hey folks,

We've got a lovely task scheduled for 9th October!! Our group sessions are open to everyone - if you're new to GoodGym, please absolutely sign up and come along - we are inclusive and friendly, and we'll be pleased to see you!!

🌼 We're off to the wonderful Cecil Sharp House in Camden for this session. We'll be outside and in their garden, clearing strewn leaves (they have big lovely trees) and making a green difference :)

📍 We'll be meeting in our usual spot by the Francis Crick Institute. Just opposite from St Pancras station and just up the road from the British Library. The postcode you'll need is NW1 1AT. I'll be contactable on 07946261792 if you can't find us!

⏰ We'll be meeting to kick things off at 6.15pm if you'd like to join for our evening 1-2K run 🏃 which will take us up through Camden - we are inclusive and friendly, and we never leave anyone behind!!

GoodGym welcomes anyone aged 18 or over. If you are under 18 then you will be unable to participate in any GoodGym activity

This is a standard GoodGym group run. If you can't run for more than 15mins without stopping or you're worried about any aspect of the session, contact us or see if there's a starter session coming up in your area.
