Perfect session if you are new to GoodGym or have been at home working - an ideal way to switch up your day and there is the option for a nice run at the end - if you want to get some training or a good run in too.
Don't forget to wear comfortable clothes and footwear.

GoodGym welcomes anyone aged 18 or over. If you are under 18 then you will be unable to participate in any GoodGym activity
