RBKares wellbeing day
RBKares runs monthly wellbeing days alongside the Cambridge Road Estate Tuesday Group foodbank. By collaborating with like-minded local services and charity partners, RBKares facilitates access to services that clients desperately need by providing a one-stop-shop to help with mental, physical, financial and digital health from the many services attending eg Kingston Council benefits team, Dentaid Dental Charity bus, Vaccination Team, Mind in Kingston, fuel vouchers, footcare, health checks, SIMcards, Dr Bike amongst others. RBKares gives out free toiletries, underwear, Hey Girls period products and clothes. We partner with Full Cycle Community Bike Project to buy bicycles and locks, for those who would benefit from them. This is transformational to the recipient and really helps with their physical health, mental health as well as being a way of getting from A to B for free. Another grant helped us get another 7 bikes.

RBKares runs monthly wellbeing days at Cambridge Gardens to support those who attend the Foodbank. RBK provide toiletries, underwear and pre loved clothes to those attending, as well as support and other services. This really helps those on low income, rough sleepers and homeless people get essential items.

The GoodGym task will be to help them sort their donated clothes so they can be easily given out at wellbeing days to whoever needs them.
