Important Information

This week, we will meet at The Rose Bowl Youth Club to help the team with this awesome task. There is not a scheduled group run this week, but you are welcome to use the Arsenal Community Hub for bag drop, changing rooms and WC facilities.

Back to help the awesome Rose Bowl Youth Club for more playground maintenance, lifting and shifting and general good times!

We'll be helping at the Rose Bowl Youth Centre. It's a play and youth provision for children and young people aged 8 - 21. They provide a fun, friendly and inclusive environment aimed to build resilience, aid social skills, and improve physical and mental health.

Our task owner, Dawn, is really familiar with the GoodGym group and will provide a warm, enthusiastic and safe welcome. Dawn will keep us busy with tasks to keep the centre clean, renovated and fit for the huge range of activities and people that are hosted there.

What to look out for

Age Restriction

GoodGym welcomes anyone aged 18 or over. If you are under 18 then you will be unable to participate in any GoodGym activity

Make sure you've read our general guidelines for safety when running and at a task.

This is a standard GoodGym group run. If you can't run for more than 15mins without stopping or you're worried about any aspect of the session, contact us or see if there's a starter session coming up in your area.
