Christmas Walk & Pub Grub (with pre-walk parkrun option!)

3 days after Christmas you’ll be sick of turkey, weary of those relatives and the the only Quality Street left in the tin will be the coconut ones so you’ll need to get out of the house!

For those that fancy a parkrun to start the day we will meet at Millfield parkrun in Easingwold (it’s a cracker if you’ve not done it before!) followed by coffee and breakfast at the Olive Tree.

We will then meet up with the walking crew at Kilburn Forest Car Park (///whirlwind.apple.taker https://w3w.co/whirlwind.apple.taker) at 11.00.

Walk will be approximately 3 hours around the White Horse & Gormire Lake before we head to The Fauconberg in Coxwold for a late lunch at 2.15. (For those that came last year we will be avoiding the tramp through the very muddy field and not ruling out a sneaky mid walk snifter at the Foresters Arms!)

Come for the run, the walk, the lunch or all 3 - dogs and mini GoodGymers welcome!

Lunch is booked for 20 people so please sign up early if joining for the meal - we will need to order food in advance.

PS - Bring the coconut quality street with you please - they’re my favourites!
