Ealing Greenwayers, supported by Ealing Council Parks and Recreation, are inviting us to make a difference in the area between Greenford and Gurnell. There's a path along the line of the River Brent, which gets overgrown and littered.
Let's help make the walkway enjoyable for everyone - a litter blitz and bramble bash involved!
✔️ What is the task?
- Cutting back nettles, brambles and saplings from the edge of the path
- Litter pick, if you prefer
🕑 When?
- Sunday 21st July at 10:30 am

- Brentside School on Ruislip Road East (not the gate on Greenford Avenue).

⛑️ Safety information
- Giant Hogweed may be around. You will be shown photos of this highly toxic plant at the start of the event. Please do not touch any part of it.
- Overhead branches: take care when you work in an area where trees overhang the site.
- There will be a first-aider at the site.
There will be brambles and nettles. Please come with long-sleeved tops and preferably trousers.
