Recycle donated toys, games and books for redistribution to families in financial hardship

The Joybank collects pre-loved and donated new toys, games and books for distribution to families in financial hardship. They work with a variety of community groups, local organisations, schools and social services to ensure toys go to those most in need and also have a shop on Abbeydale Road.

They have regular sessions every Monday and Wednesday afternoon 12:30 to 16:30 where people can drop off donations and toys are sorted through. If you can't make this one, they welcome help any time. I will be arriving around 13:30

Tasks could involve: organising toy bundles, checking jigsaws, games, lego and building sets if they are complete.
