Weeding and cleaning garden chairs for Ms L (flexible)(wk1)
Ms L had an accident recently which has left her unable to do the weeding in her garden. She would like to sit on the balcony to get some fresh air but the chairs are too dirty. Her wellbeing would be much better if she was able to get some sunshine, fresh air and look over her tidy garden.

Mr Y has MND and uses a NIV machine, he mainly stays in one room. He enjoys being outside and finds it easier to breath. Being able to sit in his garden with help his overall wellbeing and quality of life.

Before GoodGym I always lost motivation to stick at running or the gym but now I run two or three times a week.
Running with GoodGym is great because I get fit, do good and get to hang with a load of awesome people.
