The social distancing queue is the new club queue
1 GoodGymer made their way to help an isolated older person in Westminster.

Running to Mr B's place, I was thinking about what an awesome thing Goodgym has been for me. I never used to run before joining, and ever since my first group run, it's given exercise more of a sense of purpose for me. Since lock down started, I've been pretty much sticking to the same few short runs around my area as daily exercise. So it was really nice to have a longer run to take me slightly out of that orbit, with the goal of doing some shopping for Mr B. Hands sanitised and shopping list in hand, I made my way to the supermarket. There was a queue (a fast-moving one) to get in. I decided that the Tesco queue was the new club queue. I took a selfie. A guy argued with the security guard about a plastic fork (everybody spare a thought for supermarket security guards during these times and be nice to them!!). Thankfully, unlike the club queue there were no drunk people pushing in. And Tesco had free entry. AND the sun was shining. All good. I delivered the shopping and had a nice run-walk back, accompanied by tunes and sunshine. 6km before lunch and no hangover. Not bad at all.
