Pasta and rice and making things nice
14 GoodGymers made their way 4.8km to help the Oxford Mutual Aid in Oxford.

This evening Goodgym descended on Oxford Mutual Aid to help in a flash-mob style!
We divided into three groups; one received training from Sarah (the Hall Manager) on packing food parcels and how the hall works, one group set to work divvying up massive bags of pasta and rice into portions for packages, and the final group bleached anything that stood still, giving some areas of the hall a much needed scrub.
As usual an hour and a half flew by and we left the hall looking much tidier and smelling nicely of disinfectant!
Four hardy Goodgymers then darted off to Meadow Lane and blasted up and down between the lampposts.
Welcome to Isi. Thanks for joining us and running too!
