Greenhouse Project
The Greenhouse Project is a charity founded in 1997 in the heart of Toxteth, Liverpool designed to give disadvantaged children and young people the opportunity to increase their creative potential and grow their life chances.

Welcome to GoodGym Liverpool

We're a friendly and social group who combine exercise with helping out in the local community. We meet every Monday evening to get active and do a physical task to help the charities and community organisations and projects across Liverpool.

Most Group Runs will be lead one of our fabulous volunteer qualified Run Leaders, but watch out for ones listed as 'Social Runs' as this means no Run Leader is present but we still go out and run together keeping our 'no one left beind' GoodGym vibe in place!

The Task

This week we are back doing one of our favourite winter tasks. We are off to the Greenhouse Project to wrap a whole bunch of Christmas Presents for the kids that are regulars at the centre. It's a really gorgeous task to do, and every present has been specifically picked for each child. What a fabulous way for us to get into the Christmas spirit!

p.s we love to wear our Christmas jumpers for this (or Christmas running top!)

The Run

Runners will be meeting at the Suitcases on Hope Street for a 6:30pm warm up and a run to the task. What 3 Words meet up link

Non-Runners can meet at the Greenhouse for 6:55pm

New to GoodGym?

This is a GoodGym group run, where we run to help a local community organisation and then run back.

New GoodGymers are welcome to GoodGym group runs - no one gets left behind. You're unlikely to be alone, hundreds of new people sign up every week.

Sign up by 6:30pm on Monday 16th December so we can let Sallyann know who to expect.

Options are available to run between 2km and 4km in total

Remember that we run to and from the task, so you'll only be running for half this distance in one go.

This is a standard GoodGym group run. If you can't run for more than 15mins without stopping or you're worried about any aspect of the session, contact us.
