Walk for Wards is fund raising for Heads On. Heads On is Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust’s charity. They help people with mental health problems to feel supported, to stay active and to be more involved in their communities. The charity is celebrating its 10th birthday.

The event is at the Glynde Estate. There is a choice of three routes; 5k and 10k routes OR the new and exclusive 10k hill route! You can choose to walk or run it. I will be attempting to run the 10k Hilly Route. This route is not normally accessible by public routes so is exclusive to this event only!
