After Christmas and the New Year, there are often bumper numbers taking up running and going to their local parkrun, which is fantastic!

For the GoodGym January Challenge, why not give your local parkrun a helping hand and sign up to volunteer! With bumper numbers, they need a bumper volunteer roster. Check out the map and parkrun events page to find your nearest one and drop them an email to see if they need an extra pair of capable GoodGym hands.

I have listed several below that are in the Manchester area. I'll be at Fletcher Moss by default but if there is a favourite, we can arrange a GoodGym takeover perhaps!

  • South Manchester
  • Alexandra Park
  • Stretford
  • Fletcher Moss
  • Sale Water
  • Wythenshawe
  • Burnage
  • Woodbank
  • Hyde
  • Stamford Park
  • Oldham
  • Philips Park
  • Peel
  • Heaton Park
  • Worsley Woods

How are you getting there?
