So far we expect to be meeting at Ray Mill Island around 5.40am and to finish there by around 6.45am. If people can stay longer there may also be an opportunity to help downstream until approximately 8.30am and you might also like to stick around to cheer on the swimmers and show them our GoodGym team spirit.

Hi Sheila, please don’t include me in the numbers for the section at the boat house. I can help at the start though on the island. Maidenhead parkrun is cancelled so I’ll need enough time to get home and get to a different parkrun, plus give Elliott enough time to walk the dog early if it’s hot! Thanks x
