Summer in the (Loughborough) Park

At last the weather has improved and more people are coming out to enjoy Loughborough Park. In order to try and keep the litter situation under control we will be out there on our monthly litter picking session THIS SUNDAY. It's just an hour and we finish up with tea and cake. Then in the afternoon we will be tackling some more of the weeding and invasive tree/shrubbery clearance. That's just 90 minutes and is followed by a brief session, for those who want to join, at Clarkshaw's lovely micro-brewery in Ridgway Road at Loughborough Junction.

THIS COMING SUNDAY AFTERNOON 3pm 🌻Sunday 🌻 30th June 🌿🌿🌿 Loughborough Park 🌿🌿🌿 Gardening session. Meet in the Community Garden to collect loppers, shears, forks, gloves. Weeding 'woodland garden' and digging up alkanet. Cutting down snowberry that has re-grown. Weather looking good: sunny intervals 🌤 ☀ 22ºC Just 90 minutes followed by a quick trip to Clarkshaw's brewery in Ridgway Road, Loughborough Junction.
