For this task we will be at the welcoming Arts Bar in Hope Street (who have reserved us a lovely space in their library alcove) where we will be making the starting of paperchains which will then be completed for and by the young people who are in wards over the Christmas period. Read more about this fantastic initiative here - https://www.christmasforcamhs.org.uk/paperchain-project?fbclid=IwY2xjawGXc3RleHRuA2FlbQIxMQABHX1MLwp0Qus6D9msr1cxLzSzerrzDIyP9JZW24CzuTp3f5QxEyCmaaXcOg_aem_CUGC_MBCt9bFTqYNpNlqsA&sfnsn=scwspwa.

We will need everyone to bring along items which include these:

**Good quality festive paper - scrapbook paper or thick wrapping paper works (no construction paper)

**Decorating materials - e.g. gold/silver pens, stampers (no glitter or anything stuck on please).

This should be a great session that is a little different for us please do come along.

Before the task we have our fabulous Heetu completing a fitness session which is open to all - this is part of her fitness leader training that she has undertaken and is her final assessment please support her.

Meeting at the suitcases for 6.30 for the fitness session and 7pm at Arts Bar for the task. https://w3w.co/trunk.grew.chill

Want to come to both and worroed what you will do with your paperchain items - have no fear - bring them to the suitcases just a little earlier than 6.30 and they will be whisked to the Arts Bar who have said they will keep them safe for us.

Sign up by 6:30pm on Monday 18th November so we can let Heetu know who to expect.

Options are available to run between 2km and 4km in total

Remember that we run to and from the task, so you'll only be running for half this distance in one go.

This is a standard GoodGym group run. If you can't run for more than 15mins without stopping or you're worried about any aspect of the session, contact us.
