After two months away, we are back to visit Barbara at the Synagogue this week. Due to distance, there is no walking group from Fratton Community Centre. If you would like the address to meet us at the task, please send me an email.

Actual tasks are to be confirmed, however I am sure Barbara will have a long list for us to work through!

New to GoodGym?

This is a GoodGym group run, where we run to help a local community organisation and then run back.

New GoodGymers are welcome to GoodGym group runs - no one gets left behind. You're unlikely to be alone, hundreds of new people sign up every week.

Options are available to run between 3km and 3km in total

Remember that we run to and from the task, so you'll only be running for half this distance in one go.

This is a standard GoodGym group run. If you can't run for more than 15mins without stopping or you're worried about any aspect of the session, contact us.
