Sorting out Summerwood Community Garden's Composting Areas

Helping the group make their own compost so they don't have to buy so much to fill and top up their raised beds.

Provides volunteering sessions to promote physical and mental well being through contact with nature, on site counselling sessions, weekly nature based play for Under 5s, activities and workshops for all ages to provide environmental education and promote nature connection

We've been invited to help sort out Summerwood Community Garden's composting areas.

This will involve: * Emptying the compost areas and bins (one of the composting areas needs clearing so people can get to it) * Turning the compost * Removing any usable compost and filling a raised bed * Spacing out the existing compost bins and ensuring they are filled appropriately

Please bring gardening gloves if you have them, and dress appropriately!
