Keep Ranelagh Runners hydrated, help with GoodGym awareness and cheer on runners as they pass at the Ranelagh half marathon!

Come in your red t-shirts and bring your GoodGym spirit too!

We will be looking after water station 4, just after the Hawker Centre by Richmond Road.

A van will drop off 1 table, 6 full jerry cans, 1000 paper cups, 1 rubbish bin, bin bags & 1 tablecloth @ 8.40am. We will be helping to set up, and hand out water. If you can't make it til a bit later that's ok, as long as we always have enough people on the stand at any one time! Let me know in the comments below or email lizjones@goodgym.org

We will also be helping to keep runners safe and watching out for trip hazards (cups etc). Keep runners on the LEFT HAND SIDE PAVEMENT AT ALL TIMES. Be aware of other road users, especially pedestrians. At end, please remove all cups/rubbish etc and put into bin bags (provided). Collection will be at 10.40am (one person to stay).
