Get ready to have some fun as you take part in a fun and vibrant run that will see you showered with colourful powder paint along the 5K route!

Portsmouth Hospitals Charity have revamped the annual Ward Walk into a fun colourful 5k run, jog, stroll with added paint powder!

We have been asked to help with paint stations, marshalling and bringing the cheer! Please let me know if you do not want to be on a paint station where you're likely to get coloured yourself!

Free parking is available for volunteers.
