Plogging the Warnham Road Green
It will clean up a lovely small patch of wild next to some allotments for residents and critters
Location

Date and time
11:00 - 12:45We're returning to the small green at the end of the Woodhouse allotments, at the junction of Warnham Road and Lewes Road.
Fly-tippers have been back, as well as the usual casual littering. With the undergrowth growing over, we may need to use some garden tools to cut a path into some of the worse areas, but we'll also do the grass and daffodil areas.
As before, local residents and some activists will join us, so this will be a bit of community bonding as well. There's talk of taking community ownership of the space and maybe doing something positive with it.
We litter pickers, hoops and bags, but please bring your own gloves if you sign up. You're welcome to come just for an hour, or stay for longer, whatever you like.
