18:30 - 20:00We'll have a nice easy run and do some litter picking. This is a great session to sign up to if you're new to GoodGym and want to see what it's all about. We chat as we run so there is plenty of opportunity to get to know people.
We meet outside The Old Factory Gym. They have changing facilities, toilets and lockers if you need them. You will need to bring a padlock for the locker. As it is dark in the evenings please bring a headtorch for the run, if you have one.
Please arrive on time so we can leave promptly at 6.30pm. If you can't make it please let us know or cancel your registration so we know not to wait for you.

GoodGym welcomes anyone aged 18 or over. If you are under 18 then you will be unable to participate in any GoodGym activity
