Ocean Youth Connexions
Ocean Youth Connexions has been providing youth and community activities in Tower Hamlets since 2002. Activities range from youth club sessions, parent-and-children evenings, football training, Taekwando, homework clubs, cycling proficiency training and employment support workshops. The organisation also delivers various holiday programmes targeting families.

Ocean Youth Connexions was started in September 2000 by a group of local volunteers of the Ocean Estates to address the area's local issues: poverty, high drugs misuse, organised crimes, vandalism, and graffiti.

Then-Prime Minister Tony Blair sourced £56m funding for the regeneration of the area over a 10 year period by bringing about a community-led organisation “The New Deals for Communities”.

Ocean Youth Connexions offers a wide range of diverse activities from generic youth club sessions to half term provisions, summer programmes, to community fun days, sports training, study support and cycle ride sessions.

We'll be raking and bagging leaves, to make the area safer and more welcoming, as well as continuing to paint the new offices.
