Who this task will support
Helping Cats & Dogs UK Rescue

We are super excited to be launching here in Basingstoke and we have lined up to do sessions with some incredible local organisations! For our launch session we are assisting the Basingstoke based Helping Dogs & Cats UK Rescue in their charity shop. We will be doing a range of tasks such as donation sorting, assisting with their food bank, clearing the shop and any other bits they need.

New to GoodGym?

This is a GoodGym group run, where we run to help a local community organisation and then run back.

New GoodGymers are welcome to GoodGym group runs - no one gets left behind. You're unlikely to be alone, hundreds of new people sign up every week.

Sign up by 6:10pm on Wednesday 26th November so we can let Daniel know who to expect.

Walkable

You will be able to join a group walking to the task if you'd prefer not to run.

Options are available to run between 2km and 6km in total

Remember that we run/walk to and from the task, so you'll only be running/walking for half this distance in one go.

This is a standard GoodGym group run. If you're worried about any aspect of the session, contact us.
