The BMECP Centre – The Black & Minority Ethnic Community Partnership, a busy centre hosting a number of projects helping Black and Minority Ethnics. Our host Juliet well remembers what difference we made last year, let's do so again!

- General tidying up ;
- Cleaning classrooms,
- Cleaning kitchen
- Brooming and mopping some floors, etc.
📍 Where?
- If running/walking/cycling as a group, meet at 6:15pm @ Queen's Victoria Statue (Victoria Gardens), in Brighton to leave soon after and no later than 6:30pm;
- If late, meet at task at 6:40pm @ BMECP Centre, 10A Fleet Street, Brighton, BN1 4ZE
🧤 Anything Else I Need to Know?
- Everybody is welcome, of course!
- Bring your gloves, if possible - our host will have some spare, so don't worry;
- Get ready for some good group action.
It is our second Tuesday of the month, so social time for Brighton GoodGym-ers. Last year Frannie spotted that it is quiz night at the The Lord Nelson pub, so we will most likely get there for a pint and a laugh.
GoodGym Brighton is gamed for the January Challenge!
All good deeds and distance you record on Strava will go towards our community target of 4500 good deeds, and 65,000km covered nationwide.
If ever there was a reason to join us, this is it 🙌.
And, don't forget to log on all your good deeds on your GoodGym profile and your run-kms on your Strava profile/club GoodGym to participate in the January Challenge. HERE's how to.
Are you on a mission to do a 5K parkrun or even a marathon during 2026?
Mine is just to keep up with running together with my GoodGym mates :-). Here are some tips on how to move from the Couch to 5Kto gradually work up towards running 5km in just 9 weeks to run with us at our local parkruns.
Happy GoodGym-ing!
