The Rhythms of Life charity has been feeding London's rough sleepers every day for the past 15 years. This amazing homeless charity was founded by Andrew Faris, a former rough-sleeper of 6 years. Andrew always wanted to provide what he never had – nutritious food, life skills, job skills, money management, toiletries and clean clothes.

We are going to be helping with food distribution as well as collecting donations. The team arrives at The Crypt at 6.50pm.

If you would like to join me for short run beforehand I will be underneath the London Eye on the southbank at 6:30 and will run to the Crypt at Trafalgar Square for the task. Feel free to meet us directly at the task - just look out for the red tshirts!

You will be able to join a group walking to the task if you'd prefer not to run.

3km total distance

Remember that we run/walk to and from the task, so you'll only be running/walking for half this distance in one go.
