18:00 - 19:00☑️Community mission Join us to help tidy up areas of central Cambridge including the area around Parker's Piece and Mill Road. A safety briefing will be given and all equipment will be provided. Please come dressed for the weather and bring your own gloves.
📌Meet at Parkside Pools Cafe We will meet inside Parkside Pools where there are toilets and a bag drop. You can't miss our red t-shirts! We'll head out onto Parker's Piece for an inclusive taster fitness session and walk to the litter picking site. The route will be about 2 miles and we will stay together as a group.
🔦 We will stick to lit areas, but please remember lights and / or reflective gear.
🗣️ Ask our friendly taskforce volunteers about GoodGym, and get stuck in with helping your community and improving your fitness!
About GoodGym
We're a friendly and social group who combine exercise with helping out in the local community. We meet every week to get active and do a physical task to help the charities and community organisations and projects across the Manchester region.
The Run/Walk/Cycle
GoodGym is for everyone. We welcome runners of all abilities. We always have a back-marker so no-one is left behind - we're about achieving something together so you'll always be welcome no matter what your pace is.
