18:00 - 19:45We'll meet at Heart at 6pm & run to Hyde Park Source we're we'll litter pick at Rosebank. Hyde Park Source manage this area & they've reported it looking a mess so we'll help to tidy it all up.
If meeting there, please arrive by 6.20pm. Rosebank, Rosebank Road, LS3 1HH.
Wear high viz & a head torch if you have them.

Options are available to run between 4km and 7km in total
Remember that we run to and from the task, so you'll only be running for half this distance in one go.
This is a standard GoodGym group run. If you can't run for more than 15mins without stopping or you're worried about any aspect of the session, contact us.
