About
Tiny Forest is a fast-growing native woodland of 600 trees planted densely in a tennis-court size plot. It provides many benefits to the local area:

- Meet 6.45pm at Bodyline Studio for a 2 km run or a 1.5 km walk each way - ALL PACES ARE WELCOME and nobody runs alone, so come along!

- Meet 7.10pm Just off Hanger Ln, London W5 1HH (Google maps , w3w: focal.hatch.risen if you'd like to make your own way there

You will be able to join a group walking to the task if you'd prefer not to run.
Options are available to run between 2km and 4km in total
Remember that we run/walk to and from the task, so you'll only be running/walking for half this distance in one go.
This is a standard GoodGym group run. If you're worried about any aspect of the session, contact us.

We're not planning to do anything purposefully dangerous, but GoodGym takes no responsibility for your safety during group runs, you participate at your own risk. Participants accept full responsibility for items stored at Bodyline Studio, and Bodyline Studio and GoodGym will not be held liable for any losses or damages.
