08:30 - 10:15A group of GoodGymers will be meeting for the New Year's Day parkrun. If you're new to Parkrun and want some moral support or you're a regular runner who wants to find out more about GoodGym come and join us. All abilities welcome, no one ever gets left behind. We run at a leisurely pace so we can have a chat as we go! There will also be walkers taking part if you don't fancy running!
Look out for the GoodGym t-shirts and banner. We will meet at 8.30 ready to take part at 9am.
