Who this task will support
Proud Sports CIC

We are supporting Proud Sports CIC in their community sports sessions. In these sessions, multiple sports will be offered: badminton, pickleball and table tennis.

Your job will be to greet newcomers as they arrive, introduce them to others, help them join in the sports activities, and provide encouragement so participants feel safe, confident, and included.

You will also be talking to other Castle centre users to promote these sessions in a friendly and approachable way by encouraging people to join the WhatsApp community.

⏰ The community sports session starts at 8pm but please arrive at 19:45 for a briefing, you will only be needed for the beginning of the session, but you are welcome to stay and join in on the sports. The sports session finishes at 9:50pm

📍 Meet outside the sports hall (2nd floor), Castle Centre. To get in, just tell reception that you are here for the Proud Sports session.
