Clearing the front porch will provide her with the opportunity to spend time outside as the weather improves. Without this task being completed, Ms K may miss out on the benefits of fresh air and a change of scenery, which could be crucial for her ongoing mental health and well-being.

Before GoodGym I always lost motivation to stick at running or the gym but now I run two or three times a week.
Running with GoodGym is great because I get fit, do good and get to hang with a load of awesome people.
