Ms R is very much stuck at home and so making her garden a little tidier would lift her mood (although she is quite funny and has a "brutal" sense of humour). Being able to sit out on the patio and enjoy the view instead of the weeds would be lovely for her.

Before GoodGym I always lost motivation to stick at running or the gym but now I run two or three times a week.

Running with GoodGym is great because I get fit, do good and get to hang with a load of awesome people.
