Working on the waste line after months in lockdown
6 GoodGymers made their way to help their local community in Ealing.

There may have only been 6 of us, but having some of the gang back together again was SO GOOD!
We met before our live fitness session (this week coming live from Blondin Park with back-up dancers) for a quick blitz of the park. With the weather more glorious than ever it means more people are out and about and leaving their rubbish behind.
The park was in pretty good shape but we split off collecting anything that had been left behind. With council teams stretched, I took the rubbish home, recycled what I could and left the bins the park more freed up for others to make use of as this lovely summer spell is sure to draw more people to parks than ever before.
