A small weekly shop for Mr C - his appetite isn't what it used to be. His wife is still in hospital and they won't discharge her because of her dementia, if I understood correctly. He's a bit sad and lonely (they've been together over 60 years), so I stayed extra long for a chat and some encouraging words at the door.
