(Wild)Cat on a Hot Plastic Roof
5 GoodGymers made their way to help the Wildcat Wilderness in Lewisham.
- Sunday, 12th of May 2019

On a stunningly beautiful and warm Sunday morning 5 of Good Gym Lewisham's finest swapped their Sunday morning lie-in to help Maria and the gang at Wildcat Wilderness.
As usual Maria had lots of jobs for everyone. There was a good turn out of volunteers who were getting on with the main task of fixing the roof of the outdoor kitchen, so the Good Gym gang turned their attention to weed bashing with the expert Vic accompanied by Liv who soon cleared an entire area of weeds. Juliet and Emma were given the task of assembling an arch frame that will help support some pumpkins, and Caireen dug a great big hole and set fire to stuff! (not just for the hell of it, but to sensibly dispose of some old beehive slats that may have contained a virus).
All in all a very productive morning's work!
