Why go to the Gym when you can (s)mash it in the kitchen
2 GoodGymers made their way to help the Ealing Soup Kitchen in Ealing.

Friday Hub at ESK. StephDucat arrived by mountain bike as usual and early. Steph back in the kitchen and assisting Sabbah the chef. Usual suspects in the kitchen getting the food ready. Beth from Goodgym Richmond joined the K Club. Two black Good Gym tops!!!ππJoined Steph and was going to assist with the cooking. We had a great Gym work out with (s) mashing two big pots of potatoes....the best mash in the neighbourhood π. Chicken was fried in the oven and brocoli was chopped then boiled, not to forget the carrots. Muscles were needed today to drain the vegetable pots πͺπͺπͺ. A lot of peeling, cutting vegetables and tasting as have to make sure the food was to standard. Deserts also made and all was ready to serve for 1pm as start of the service shift. The puppets were back in the kitchen...check out the pic with Sabbah the chef.Beth left after a hot and busy shift in the kitchen.
