Mission

Why get in a flap, just kitty it into the long grass

2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Bristol.

The fearless Paul and Charlene attempted to wade their way through the overgrown grass at the back of Miss M house on a typical British summers day. Greeted by a timid but angry cat trying to enter their cat flap, we were braced with secateurs each, one not so much greater than the other and cut away whilst have a good catch up! A bit of drizzle, warmth with spots of ladybirds to keep us company, we tended to as much as we could.

The photos look deceivingly like a bad haircut with tuffs but progress was made, we could see the floor and walk safely around at least half of Miss M garden. Hopefully next time we can complete the rest of the grass cutting and the cat him/herself can manage to get out of the cat flap to greet us goodbye.
