9 Goodgymers turned up on this Saturday morning at Springfield Park to help finish painting a shelter. Some of us met for our group run outside Brunswick Bakehouse and did a nice 3k scenic run through Hackney Downs Park, Millfields Park and then along the Lea Valley. Welcome Charlotte for her first GoodGym Session!

After we got suited up in our boiler suits looking like Ghostbusters, we then painted the Shelter, after no time it was looking as good as new! Great job everyone! We will we back to help Springfield Park create habitat environments.

Come along to our next group run on Thursday to help move some couches for the older and disabled patients at St Leonard's Hospital. Or next Saturday we are back to help out at The Robin Hood Community Garden.
