Who's eating all the pies?
1 GoodGymer made their way to help an isolated older person in Camden.
- Friday, 9th of April 2021
Ms J's list has re-assumed a certain familiarity over these past few weeks, and top of the list in the comfort food stakes (not steaks) are the Dickinson & Morris individual pork pies.
When these first appeared on the list, the shelves at the world's politest supermarket were nearly overflowing with said product each week, but more recently a mystery of Poirot sized proportions has arisen in that there's now a definite and noticeable shortage - to the point where a substitute of the Waitrose own brand has been required to satisfy Ms J's weekly quota (not that she minds, or is just too polite to mention when I raise it with her during the shopping debrief at the front door).
Enquiries are definitely continuing...more to follow as we get it.
