When life gives you grapefruits, make grape juice ๐
1 GoodGymer made their way to help an isolated older person in Ealing.

Today's lunchtime grocery run brought a nice change in weather: a little bit of sunshine. ๐ต Mr K was super-prepared today with a very clearly written grocery list and a reusable shopping bag! He also surprised me, opening the door just as I reached his flat.
I saw you coming! You must be very fit running so fast!
Mr K's order had his all-time classics: pumpkin (a.k.a. sliced butternut squash), spinach, cauliflower, lamb chops, beef lasagna and cottage pie. This time the extra items were: four chicken legs, four grapefruits and pepper. I double-checked with Mr K whether what looked like peffer on the list was actually pepper. It was good that I asked. He clarified it's the kind of pepper that goes with salt, the ground one. Otherwise, I'd bring him either a red, green or yellow vegetable!
I found everything in the supermarket, apart from lamb sausages. As usual, it was a great break in my Friday workday and an occasion to buy a fancy Waitrose bean salad for lunch!
