With the heat wave over the last week, the water seemed to be the place to be for our activity filled training session to celebrate what would have been the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. We set ourselves the challenge of recording how many different activities we could do in a week.
Katie C-R enjoyed some running, lots of walking, open water swimming, paddleboarding and some hula hooping as well as practicing her handstand. Impressive! 🥇
Rachel took on some cycling, paddleboarding, running, yoga, kayaking, Joe Wicks HIIT and a sea dip. As well as some litter pickinging! 🏆
Super mum Katie did all the swimming, kayaking, a game of bowls and volleyball with her kids. 🏀
Kat made the most of every hour of the day running, walking, stream paddling, swimming, cycling to work, kayaking and SUPing.🎽
Rosie ran, walked, swam, kayaked, SUPed did some pilates and won her hen party Olympics games including the ring toss, egg and spoon race, javelin and dress the bride. 🥳
A fantastic effort and some great activities that should definitely be in future games. Everyone's a winner in the Portsmouth Olympics.
