Straight away I must say a big thank you to everyone for coming along tonight. It wasn't a great evening weather wise and as we were about to leave the rain became very heavy.
Anyway onto the report-welcome to Alistair for his first evening with GoodGym,it was good to see you Alistair.
Also Katherine made her first appearance in her black t shirt after reaching 50 Good Deeds recently.
Pam explained what she wanted doing and we set about the task with the usual GoodGym gusto.
We swept and cleaned up all around the fountain and removed alot of excess Ivy from around the outskirts of the area.
As always on a GoodGym evening there was plenty of chat and good humour. As always everyone was pleased to see each other.
I think it's fair to say we made a significant improvement to the area and Pam was certainly pleased with our evenings work.
Thank you once again for coming along tonight.

Very impressed with your work tidying up Colchester town centre plants. You seem to be the only voluntary group doing this. Unfortunately Colchester in Bloom has removed its planters. I do some public planters in Lexden and since lockdown started provide cheerful bedding plants to three local care homes.
