What goes on in Soup Kitchen stays in Soup Kitchen
2 GoodGymers made their way to help the Ealing Soup Kitchen in Ealing.

Kash and Sevan went straight onto serving clothes when they arrived at Soup Kitchen, replacing Madhan and Raj from the earlier shift. Sevan served the well restocked men's side while Kash looked after the ladies.
As Madhan tried to leave, 🌪️ he was sucked into the vortex of the kitchen sink and was put to work washing dishes, meanwhile in the main hall, Raj stayed on to serve the clients. There was a different vibe in the Hall as Sevan was asked to play some tunes and all of the volunteers commented on the mysterious skateboard sitting in the corner. Whose could it be? Spoiler alert: it was Marvin's from City Harvest.
At the clothing tables Kash was offering her translation services to clients to find the garments that they needed. Service really slowed down on both food and clothing after 18:30 and unfortunately, for the second week running there were no takers for the comically large Y-fronts that had been liberated from an art exhibit. We thought of some creative ideas to repurpose them. A handbag or maybe a scarf? If you have other ideas, drop them in the comments.
After we'd packed up, we still weren't sure what to do with the rainbow pants so we closed the doors, pulled the curtains and took some funny photos.
