Wet-minster
2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Westminster.
- Saturday, 20th of January 2018
On a cold and rainy Sunday morning, two Westminster Goodgymers braved the elements to drop in on Mrs M.
Mrs M explained she had some furniture she was keen for us to move so that she could better get around her home.
With cabinets shuffled (contrived Westminster pun there), our efforts turned to the balcony where Mrs M asked us to rearrange the mirrors and trim some decorations. It was lovely to see the view and chat with Mrs M about how the view from her balcony has changed over the past 30 years.
Mission complete we jogged along the embankment and indulged in a warming coffee opposite the houses of parliament.
