We're Diggin' this task
12 GoodGymers made their way 5.6km to help their local community in Chelmsford.

12 ran to Westlands school to do some gardening tasks.
Goodgym Welcomed Newbie James to tonight's session and he immediately proved his worth adding his photography skills to tonight's session.
We jogged into the park do do some running drills and stretches to get us going, before continuing on to Westland's School.
There we were met by Dawn who outlined the tasks ahead. There was the digging of a vegetable patch, with the possibility of adding a path down the middle, moving of one tonne of earth to form 3 mounds for the children to explore, and the digging of a new bed for some strawberries to be planted.
We split into teams and the vegetable patch was dug over and weeded, whilst a smaller team moved the earth with the help of one of the worlds biggest wheel barrows. Team one moved onto path digging and began digging out the area for the new bed.
Another set of tasks efficiently dispatched we gratefully accepted a drink of water to combat the heat and set off back through the park to base.
Next week we have a slightly longer run of 3.6k each way, but I am sure it will be no problem for any of us, and as always there is no pressure on speed for the run. Sign up to the task here
