Well it's bit different to a gnome!
1 GoodGymer made their way to help an isolated older person in Camden.

Got the suncream on and hopped on my bike again as I wasn't sure the ankle was going to survive the hills of Hampstead. Had a great little adventure round Hampstead and Highgate which feel worlds apart from Finsbury Park and Archway and looked glorious in the sunshine. Ms M had her list and money ready so I could lock up my bike and wander down to Sainsbury's past all the fancy houses and the slightly bizarre cat statue in someone's front garden! Huge and quiet Sainsbury's with everything on the list so quick whiz round to get the ready meals and other bits she needed and back up another hill to drop it back to a very grateful Ms M. Back on the bike and round the top of the Heath. Only a 14km loop but felt hot working through the gears.
